If patients are uninsured, they must provide their social security number, or a copy of their driver’s license or state issued ID. Patients must provide a copy of their insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid card. When medically necessary, the test is covered at no cost to patients with or without insurance. Same day appointments are available, First Responders and Healthcare Providers are given priority processing and results are available 12-48 hours after the sample is received in our lab.
